Ruffle Bib Necklace

So I took a little trip to the local Michael's Arts and Crafts store and let me just say, I can spend hours and hours there.  Millions of DIY opportunities, especially in the jewelry section.  As I was browsing all the charms and chains, I immediately gravitated towards this ruffly fluff thing.  The perfect piece to make a necklace (I actually think it was made for that, so I guess I'm not that clever).  But anyway, all I had to do was get some sort of chain (or ribbon would work too), connect it with some jump rings, et Voilà!  It came out perfect and I can not wait to rock it!  Hurry, go make one yourself!
